Sometimes you restart one app, not the whole machine — how you show up with a co-founder, how you handle the one conversation that keeps going the same way. Sometimes it's bigger: moving from feeling at the mercy of things to having real agency.

Reboots come in all sizes. Most don't require becoming someone new.

How I work

I'm an empath by nature, analytical by training, and structured by practice.

We begin where you are today, not where you wish you were. That means being honest about the present without judgment — harder than it sounds when you're the person everyone expects to have the answer.

When you slow down enough to listen, the real constraints surface: the assumptions you're holding, the needs you're not naming, the stories you're protecting, the feelings you've been blocking. That's where the work is — behaviours, beliefs, long-held patterns, sometimes identity.

Then we translate insight into action. Experiments and intentions, kept byte-sized to fit a week you don't control.

What that looks like

Some sessions are tactical, for example to prepare for a hard conversation or make a decision that keeps reopening. Some are structural, for example designing an experiment to shift a behavioural or mindset pattern you can finally see. And some are neither – they are simply a space to think out loud without managing anyone's impression of you.

Where it helps, I bring instruments rather than opinions. Hogan, stakeholder interviews, a 360 survey that shows you how others actually experience you against how you intend to land.

Who this is for

Founders, start-up or corporate leaders or their teams who notice the problem and who'd rather arrive at their own answer than be handed mine.

It's not for you if you want a consultant to tell you what to do, or if you don't have time and capacity to put in the work needed between our conversations.

If this sounds right

Then book a conversation. Together, we'll work out whether there's something here worth your time. Or email me if what's currently going on with you and where you need a thinking partner.
