A Bit About Me
I am Amit (Ghosh). Originally from India, I now live with my young daughter and wife in Singapore.
I'm an ICF-Certified Professional Coach who has coached and advised more than a hundred founders, start-up and corporate leaders across Asia Pacific. I support high performers as they slow down to discover and shift into the way they want to be — because the way they have been leading, themselves and others, isn't serving them anymore.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over two decades in the software and services industry. I started as a software programmer, transitioned to strategy and operations roles after my MBA, and finally moved into commercial and leadership roles. Somewhere in that last phase, I discovered coaching – initially as a client. That experience, and various life events, led me to become a full-time coach.
I graduated in Chemical Engineering from IIT BHU (in Varanasi, India), and Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. I am also an associate alumnus of the Singapore Management University.
Certifications
ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) — the International Coaching Federation's credential for experienced practitioners, requiring assessed coaching hours & ongoing supervision.
Hogan Certified — accredited to administer and debrief the Hogan personality assessments used in my 360 and coaching work.
